Do you take custom orders?

We specialise in custom outfits especially bride & groom wear. Book your Virtual appointment  or In-Store appointment to design your next custom outfit. Check out our Instagram page to get some ideas and re-create your own unique design! 

How much time does it take to create a custom piece?

We typically require 3-6 weeks for non-bridal custom orders and 1-3 months for bridal orders. Let us know your deadline and we will make sure it is done within the time frame you expect without compromising on quality. Ideally House Of Kalra recommends planning your outfits at least four months in advance.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide!

What is your return/exchange policy?

Ready to wear and all custom orders are final sale. We provide our clients pictures/videos of their orders and keep them up to date during the entire design process. We have an exceptional track record of giving our customers what they want (Just check out our google reviews and Instagram page!).
